William Luu is a Melbourne-based combat sports creative with over 15 years of experience in martial arts. Having trained and competed in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — as well as spending time as a trainer — he brings an insider’s perspective to his content.
With a background in agency design and media, William captures martial arts through a focus on clarity, technique, and storytelling. His photography highlights both the raw intensity of competition and the subtle moments that define what it means to be a martial artist — sharing this world with a wider audience.
He has worked with premier fight promotions, gyms, brands, publications, and athletes across Australia, producing media that supports fighters, showcases events, and connects with fans.
When he’s not behind the lens at ringside, he’s refining creative projects and exploring new hobbies and activities.
